How to Apply

Fill out and submit an application—as well as membership payment—to gain full access to membership benefits. Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will manually create your account as soon as we can and send you the necessary credentials via email.

IN-PERSON
Fill out a paper applications at a club meeting or at our rock show. You can expedite the process by downloading the form, filling it out, and bringing the application in person to the meeting or show.

ONLINE
You can fill out an online application and pay with credit card at checkout after you select your membership level below.

Preferred Membership Payment Method:

For the convenience of our members and to streamline our processes, we encourage payment via credit card for memberships. This helps our dedicated volunteers manage the administrative aspects more efficiently. If credit card payment is not feasible for you, kindly reach out to a board member during our next meeting or event for alternative payment options, including cash or Venmo. In which case we will create you an account manually.

Please note that until payment is received and manually confirmed on our end, access to the shop and participation in rockhounding adventures will not be available.

Important Note: A nominal fee of $3 per hour per machine is applicable in the shop, covering consumables, insurance, and related expenses. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining our facilities.
